            There was an advert many years ago in NME (or was it Sounds) for a Nina Hagen (or was it Devo) album which was very hard to work out but the word haven with an s in front wouldn't be too far off. Took me ages to work it out, I thought it was some kind of vegetable at first

                Actually it might be a flower petals (or photoshop). I'm not sure what made me say pumpkin.

                  Oh, and there was an advert on the tube last year similar to the OP, for Olay or something - perhaps a little more subtle than that, however noone moaned about that one!
