Just finished all of the BSG seasons.

I was warned about the very last show, by various friends who are sci-fi lovers, including myself of course.

The best advice, without any spoilers (because that is mean, and whilst there are some nasty pieces of work on here, no one is THAT mean), is to just turn it off at the critical moment, about an hour in, and be happy.

        Which I know you won't.

Have a therapist on standby....and some valium.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

And now you should know that both are cyclons, and so are a good few more.

I think it'll be discovered eventually that they're all cylons, and that this history is just another repetition of the cycle. i.e. cylons evolve to become human, they have a big war, a few escape, descend to the stone age, uplift, invent cylons, who evolve to become human...

Well, we have Battlestar Galactica : The Plan, and Caprica to look forward to. And then, lets not forget that Stargate Universe has just started. So all is looking good for the immediate Sci-Fi TV viewing!

I quite liked the ending. Though I have to admit to losing the plot a little bit in the last year what with all the bickering and arguing over who created who. I'm still not entirely clear, and I don't think I really care.

It was mostly a great series, with the odd really dull episode. And Lucy "Xena" Lawless should have been in it more.

It's the final season where the writers really go to town, cramming 5 minutes of story into 40 minutes of show. It gets SO DULL ! But I really enjoyed the last episode - all of it!

In summary, I felt that the final season was at least 12 episodes too long.

                    Aye.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Thought the ending was a tad cheesy.

                      shame it ended.
