Plenty do, but they're not as familiar (therefore embittered by experience) as us Brits.Originally posted by minestrone View PostDo you think people in other countries would trust justice in this country? -
Don't see why not. I've spent a few days in a Bangkok jail, been held at gunpoint in Nepal and been arrested here and Australia. MF, have you ever been in a Turkish prison?Originally posted by MarillionFan View PostDon't see why not. Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I've been escorted off a golf course by a guy with a machine gun in Indonesia. (no not an automatic rifle, I mean machine gun)
Something about walking on the grass, he was quite upset.Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

Sorry forgot that. Had to be escorted from Surabaya bus station by a police escort after getting into an argument with a local tax driver, with me shouting Kamu mencuri Kamu pencuri (which closely translates to you thief you liar).Originally posted by threaded View PostI've been escorted off a golf course by a guy with a machine gun in Indonesia. It then turned into a flash mob with about 20 people jostling me and another guy trying to lynch us.
WOW! Somethings just don't change do they!

Would you trust justice in another country?
Possibly not - but it winds me up when people start whining about justice when they break the laws of another country.
1.If you love British justice - stay at home.
2.Don't break laws abroad.Comment
