Turns out the experts weren't quite correct: the stamp duty holiday below £250K only applies to first-time buyers, and on properties above £1M it goes up to 5%.

About time they raised they threshold for the 3% band too. Surprised nobody ever makes more of this; it's daylight robbery.

I don't know but there wasn't any sign of stuttering in that flurry of punches, he's gone up a little in my estimation.
