Usual class war stuff to hit those that work hard.

You know what I mean. Working hard is a relative term.

Yep, some of my relatives work hard too, especially the farmers . But of course they have land, so in the long run they’ll be alright.

There is a point here though; some percentage of people are so highly trained/educated that they can be economically productive by just doing a couple of really clever things each day and taking it easy for the rest of the day doing the ‘presenteeism’ thing. Others have to slave it out all day to produce enough to justify their salaries. That must be quite disheartening when they see the brainy people sitting down taking it easy with a cup of coffee. Although arguably, those of us who actually bothered to do some work at school instead of pissing around and bullying the brainy kids are now reaping the rewards.

Anyway this budget will include a few giveaways to labour voters, some strong talk about reducing the deficit, for City ears and no doubt some extra squeezing of the middle classes.

Main problem with the UK economy is you can't polish a turd, neither can you make a small cake go round.
                Hard Brexit now!

No matter how much house prices rise, the country isn't getting any richer.

No, but socialists are quite good at making the turd go round and keeping the cake for themselves.

Are you off to lunch today?

Yes at the least I'll get a good lunch and I'll break my no alcohol rule just for today.
