              I could start a similarly-titled thread aimed at those I perceive as political idiots and recommend The Ragged-Trousered Philanthropists by Robert Tressell, but I know they wouldn't listen. Why they think intelligent people will listen to them peddling right-wing pseudo-insight is beyond me.

              At least Tressell's work has the redemptive quality of being a true expression of a man's idealistic hopes for a better society for all, rather than a tawdry endorsement of personal greed and selfishness.
