I love this place.. my life is so far removed from the M4 and T-Systems/Centrica/Exchanging/Llloyds/LMEx it's not funny. But i still love to flick in here read and watch.. yep, i'm wasting on an antipodean beach which can't spell ITIL, let alone process.
