a) Exercise at approx 60-65% of your theoretical heart rate maximum (220 minus your age) - spinning is usually up near 80-85% depending on your fitness, great for cardio-vascular, poor for fat burning.
b) invite threaded round.. that way you'll be relieved of the pies pre-processing and won't have to worry about burning them off
