We moved just under a year ago and transferred our much cheapness TalkTalk package, as we were still locked in to a contract. However I'm pretty sure they secretly set up a new account with a new lock-in, without telling us. Now we're not that keen to continue with them - I work from home a lot so decent broadband is not just a luxury.
I wonder, if I just move and cancel the DirectDebit, what can they do? Will they chase us to the new address or just keep sending automated letters? Considering they normally struggle to remember who we are, I'm not too scared by their detective skills...
