Watch it. Funny film about young programmers struggling to come to terms with a 'toxic office'Originally posted by sasguru View PostNo. Why?
One of them gets hypnotised, to not give a flip, and the hypnotist croaks it before he can revert him back again so he wanders around in a nonchalant daze not ever giving a flip.
The management consultants are brought in, and tag him as 'management material' as soon as they see his aloof style.Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.Comment

Reminds me of Ian Botham turning up to bat in the third ashes test in 1981 having had a few drinks the night before and not feeling any pressure ‘because we were about to lose the series anyway’. What happened next is the stuff of legends.Originally posted by sasguru View PostHa! Works in real life.

tecnical - functional - planning - support - whatever. if you run a ltd co you are a director and should run your business as you see fit. a plan that includes expanding skills is wise but make sure that the path is based upon what you and your business need rather than vague perceptions of a resource hierarchy.Comment
