        Me - every day.

I am up at 5:30, leave home for the trans-pennine motorway at 6am, get to work for around 7.

On the plus side I leave early and get back home by around 4:30pm

              Me!

I get up at 05:20 every day to cycle to the station to get the 06:01 from Winchester.

Get home around 19:00 but usually manage to grab some sleep on the train home.

                Nope, no me.

Not in the UK anyway. Since I am sort of on US time, I have the luxury of having a policy of never getting up in the dark. Except to go for a bathroom visit that is; it's my age.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
