It simply blew me away, it made me realise how lucky we are in this time and how much history had to teach us.

    Read it...
So what does the title mean? Night of the Weasels?

    Sounds intriguing

I enjoyed that too - although he did have rather a penchant for 'Wicklow Sheepdog' analogies...

A book called Night, by the author Elie Wiesel

I haven't read any 'modern' books, but Kafka's 'Metamorphosis and other short stories' quite impressed me. Not exactly this decade though.

I heard something on Radio 4 the other day which completely blew apart the pedants arguement of when decades begin and end.

ISBN-10: 0867193719 was so last decade so I think I'd go for
              ISBN-1-905102-00-3.

On a more serious note "Saturday Night Peter" or "Angelas Ashes".

Personally my benchmark is anything that gets a rave review from Henry Raddick.

Technically a decade is any period of 10 years. So we are right at the end of the decade that started 15/01/2000.
