So while the missus had a weetabix for her brekkie, I had a bowl of Neanderthal beef stew. With a spoonful of curry powder thrown in to make it a bit more civilised.

I often make beef stew, and start off with frying six chillies in with the onions (for 2 helpings). That certainly makes it interesting. Yum.
