I have a few muslim freinds myself and they aren't particulary devout (like most christians I know) however there are always a few that take it too far and start becoming fanatic like our Chico here. Well I think we should call a spade a spade. It mainstream muslims do not believe that it is their duty to kill non believers then they should seriously question what the Koran allegedly says. I would be very interested to know what "mainstream" muslims discuss in the privacy of their own homes/ and mosques when do they not have to be sensitive to the feelings of others.

They probably say that they really get annoyed by the stupid honkey's that tar everybody with the same brush because of their religion, or the colour of thier skin. (I have to wonder how many asian hindu's you have heaped abuse upon simply because you assume that they must be muslim because of the colour of thier skin).

No, Islam (IMO) frowns on suicide. The Koran says that Muslims should only do the killing thing when they feel they are strong enough to do so and only when the infidels have no further purpose or profit.

Threaded is right, once the majority in the UK (well anywhere for that matter) are Muslim then the hard liners will demand Sharia law, it will spiral downwards from there. The basic model is Afghanistan under the Taliban.

The suicide thing is a bit difficult. Suicides will not go to heaven, but those who die fighting in the lords name will be instantly blessed sends out a bit of a mixed message.
