The tagline from Miike's Dead or Alive (not based the game):

WARNING: This motion picture contains explicit portrayals of violence; sex; violent sex; sexual violence; clowns and violent scenes of violent excess, which are definitely not suitable for all audiences.

        http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0221111/

Not as strange as his other films:

        Visitor Q
        http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0290329/

        Gozu
        http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0361668/
(strange mother's milk thing going on...)

        Etc. etc.

Stephen King’s IT (well the ending sucked but then all Stephen King’s work does, still made me jump as a kid which is when I expect most of us watched it?)
            Aliens
            Interview with a Vampire

There's not a cute, furry mini-beast in sight, but it could still upset you.

It was a fake snuff film, which caused a bit of controversy a while back. I believe some Hollywood stars saw it and thought it was real and started a campaign to get it banned.

Men Behind the Sun is another disturbing movie.

I've seen Ichi, but for me, Martyrs had a much bigger affect.
