Golf - without a doubt THE most boring 'sport' (and I use that word loosely) in the world. Useful only for keeping fat office workers occupied on weekends away from *real* sports and cluttering up the MTB park or the surf lineup.
However, for the first time in history, a golfer has actually provided some real entertainment value.
What would be ideal is if ALL the professional golfers take an indefinate leave from golf and TV sports shows can programme some *real* sports for the telly - Freestyle MX, snowboarding, skating, MTBing, surfing etc. That's WAY more entertaining than a load of badly dressed chubby old guys wandering round an oversized lawn hitting balls into holes *yawn*Comment

The man who gave us a new meaning for The Nineteenth Hole is to pack up for a bit, to repair his marriage.
I watch a bit of golf, so this is good news. We'll see a bit more of the other players now, and less of "Tiger watching his opponent prepare for a shot", "Tiger walking down the fairway", "Tiger walking between holes", "Tiger looks at the clouds" and "Tiger eating a banana" which all seems to take up 50% of broadcast time. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument?
