Spending time with the family. Fair bit of evening drinking combined with family present delivering. Taking daughter to see santa.

We should be putting our tree up this weekend as well. No idea what the dogs are going to make of it. Their usual reaction to something new is to try and eat it.Originally posted by Pogle View PostPogle Jr is at her first school disco tonight (only yrs 4,5 & 6 are allowed) and Mr P is taking his team out for a drink, so a quiet evening in

Tonight: Quiet one, cook something nice for Mrs Pondlife.
Sat: Lunch in Swindon with old Uni mates. Probably go over to the Bay for a couple in the evening.
Sun: Chill out and maybe pub quiz in the evening.

Today we were supposed to be having new carpet fitted in living room.
Had to cancel as the old self levelling compound has come up and lifted.
So today I will be applying new batch of compound. I've just spent the past hour and half lifting, chiselling and bagging the old stuff up
