The most important vote (mine) says no. He has been banned and that is all there is to it. The user claiming to be el duder is not prepared to give me the email address associated with the account either and have no more time to waste on this dolt. Believe him, don't believe him. Care I not.

I'm sure that plenty of the banned would like their old ID back (Let-me-in was someone else before that, and no doubt since), but thems the rules.

Plus, imagine BrilloPad's post count if his sockpuppets were reinstated.....
