Here in Germany all they do is come over and nick your cars...A bit old but its got worse and quite a few car companies here will not hire you a car if you say you're going to Poland (or other East European countries)

Russians don't generally care about Poland but Poland does not like Russia for a good reason - first Stalin sold out Polish people to Nazies and occupied part of Poland himself committing atrocities there, then he used them to fight nazies only to occupy whole of Poland for good 50 years.
