I accidently entered 'flashlight' with an 'e' instead of an 'a' and did an image search.

Don't know about that, but there are also the potential copyright issues of just including the inline images.

Whoever hosts the infringing images and the person who posted them there would be responsible in this case (if it was copyright infringement).

AFAIK the issue was that someone made a complaint regarding actual content, which should not really be available on here at all: removal of inline images killed my great Tony Blair caption competitions

IMO kick or ban for posting inappropriate adult images in the first place, and allow responsible posters inline appropriate images.
