Welcome to my world. It's not nice is it.Originally posted by Diestl View PostYeah just want to lose weight and become healthy. I find even after 4-5 beers now I feel really ill, must be age. I dont even enjoy it now just like a habit from my 20's. The project doesnt have to involve exercise I will be doing that anyway. Thanks for the suggestions.
I had four pints on Sunday and seriously regretted it on Monday. That may have been to do with a suspected case of food poisoning from a dodgy sausage roll from the late night bagel shop. How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Whatever you do, don’t sit at home and do it. Your trying to replace a social event that has booze which If I understand this right, you are trying to cut down on. It would make sense to just do something social that doesn’t have the drink factor. Otherwise it will feel more like a chore rather than unwinding on a Fri / Sat evening.Originally posted by Diestl View PostIm going to be cutting out the Friday/Sat night beers and need something to replace them with.
