I have never been asked for a face-to-face for a contract role. Always secured on phone only interviews.

100% success but the client co has failed their interview in roughly 25% of the time. Love it when I can tell them 'thanks, but no thanks!'

Had one client literally plead with me to take the job but I could see it was going to turn into a pissing match so still said no!
