What is you rate of success with face-to-face interviews ? The statistic for me is appaling - in my 2 years contracting career I have 7 failed face-to-face interviews and not one won. All my contracts were secured over the phone.

I have never been asked for a face-to-face for a contract role. Always secured on phone only interviews."Condoms should come with a free pack of earplugs."Comment

100% success but the client co has failed their interview in roughly 25% of the time. Love it when I can tell them 'thanks, but no thanks!'
Had one client literally plead with me to take the job but I could see it was going to turn into a pissing match so still said no!I couldn't give two fornicators! Yes, really!
