I never thought my diet was too bad, i do like the odd bit of chocolate but never eat a lot of bad things.

We eat loads of veg and have about 1 takeaway a week (which is prob too much anyway).

    Body fat 16% (good)
    Good hydration (58%)
    Im not overweight (at all)

I put it down to stressful job and new baby coupled with smoking and too much salt in the diet.

Im starting a Paleo Diet on monday along with a gym program.

Very scary though, you always think your 100% healthy until something like this happens.

I managed to get my blood pressure under control with accupunture. You could try that.
But make sure it is a good chinese practioner, not a western one.

Take a holiday as a matter of medical prudence and not adventure package of machu picchu but rather a deserted beach and your only worry is where your next meal is going to come from...

last I remember I was 118/75 (few months ago) and I've seen 34 autumns so far...

And F flock sake - try smoking carrots instead.

WHS - even swimming would be better than the gym right now... it's a good all over aerobic exercise

                Only 140/97 - kids stuff.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Mine was higher than that (still below danger level for my age*) but lost a stone since and much fitter, so hopefully... On plus side my heart rate is low at exactly 60 bps. Handy when I forget my watch. The wife went to the doctor for something else and found hers was over 200.

                      Is she a small rodent?
