They would have to be in the UK first to get those, your OP only speaks of those that have yet to arrive so are fictitious at this point in time and therefore not a cost to the 'system'.

Well, if you want to go all the way back to my original post you will recall that it was all about the reasons new labour had an open door policy. Odd that I posted that just a day or so before the "rubbing the Right's nose in diversity" revelations.

Funny, I thought London was the richest city in Europe and the UK still amonst the top 5 countries in wealth. I'd say that's pretty damn good.
