    HAB's technical/admin tips

When installing a new Modem/Router remember to open up ports 25 and 80 and point toward the server.

FFS, I think I am getting worse.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Who has time? Who has time? But then if we do not ever take time, how can we ever have time?

BTW, a big and a for my ISP Be.

My old Be Box was rebooting itself. It became more frequent than daily. Raised a ticket and called them after 10pm at night. Following day they authorised a replacement Be Box which arrived the day after that.

Works like a charm except for me forgetting to set it up for SMTP and HTTP forwarding to my server before I went to bed last night.
