Can't Remember. I get up at 5:20 every weekday and two weeks holiday isn't enough to get back to normal. Normally get to bed at 11ish so get 5-6 hours sleep a night when I need 7 to get by. At the weekends I don't get much more sleep as I usually have a beer or two to relax which disrupts my sleep patterns anyway. Vicious circle really....my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

I've had a LOT of problems sleeping, but in my new lodgings I sleep really really well. It may have something to do with the fact that its cold and totally silent (No its not in a grave yard or on Wimbledon common
)
I feel tonnes better just for having a couple of weeks of decent sleep.I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

I prefer it cold too. My sleep is obviously shot to poop thanks to little one, but I am getting surprisingly used to it. I can't actually remember sleep, which helps I think.Originally posted by Pogle View PostI've had a LOT of problems sleeping, but in my new lodgings I sleep really really well. There comes a point where if you don't have aches and pains upon waking, it means you've died in the night.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment
