If anything it speeds the forum up by keeping the worthy drivel to one side, thereby allowing the database server to optimise the reads and writes of the worthless drivel in General, much of which concerns AtW's lunch and should therefore have been posted in TPD in the first place, alongside my bacon sandwiches and VF's lardy sausage rolls
