Arrgghhh
IT WAS SOOOOOOOO SIMPLE.
I spent this mornings train journey redesigning the job, then once at work got embroiled in some reverse pivoting with customer.
Did a fair bit of work avoidance and then it came to me, I am now very pleased, but somewhat cross at myself for not working it out much much sooner.
I'm as happy as a piggie with two carrots - as Pogle jr would sayI'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

Walking away from the problem and doing something else often does the trick. Don't be cross with yourself (but I can't leave it alone either )+50 Xeno Geek Points

Given out this tip before but there is a cure for repetitive thoughts.
Concentrate on the location of where you appear to think, just near top of head slightly forward of earline normally. Now concentrate and shift your consciousness down and sideways to the left of your nose. The repetititive thoughts stop. It really works!bloggoth
