    Could anyone who regularly has their shoes shined let us know when the shoe shine guy starts to recommend buying shares?

    ISTR reading that in the last depression that was a sure-fire way of telling when the stock market was about to take a dive.

      If you have missed the stock market rally, then buy into a commercial property portfolio fund. Buy the bricks and mortar type funds, not the type of fund that holds property company shares. This asset class is barely off the bottom yet.

          Last I heard, he was in Birmingham involved with some SEO company or sumfink.
          How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
