Well actually, for a woman - yes it does.

Provided you don't get too hung up on the odd wrinkle - you are generally wiser, funnier, and like yourself more than you ever have before.

(..and sex is even better because of it... )

Mind you - we don't have to worry about man-thangs....

You won't be prime again until you reach 37.

Played first full 11-a-side match since May on Saturday (mostly cardio-couch work in between) end of the season I could play 2 hours on a heavy pitch and not feel it the next day. 45 mins would have suited but injuries left me on for the full game. 2 days later everything is hurting (wrong side of 40, probably time to pack in), feel like I have been struck by a large automobile.
Bike is primed for a couple of runs before the next match, got to get the lungs working better, it's almost time to give up and get fat but not yet, going to give it one more season....

I had to give up football at 32 when I snapped my last remaining cruciate ligament. Too much football has left me with collapsible knees (as a result of playing at full back), a slowly fusing neck (as a result of playing at centre half) and fingers that won't bend (as a result of playing in goal). Great game! Enjoy it while you can.
