Windows XP Annoyances for Geeks is extremely effective at lowering my blood pressure.

I've read a few 'Self Improvement' books and haven't rated any of them. Maybe I'm too cynical?
One that particularly annoyed me was 'Who Moved my Cheese'. Don't bother, seriously.

Surely all "self-improvement" revolves around being nasty, self-centred anf getting others to make you rich?

I read "Everything I know about life I learned from watching Star Trek".

                    That was pretty good.
