    Don't fret over it Sal.

Onwards and upward - always remember that you are a Contractor and are better that the interviewer because they asked you to come, not the other way around.

A confident and happy attitude always keeps you in good stead, I find...

I dont feel mine went well yesterday.

When I got there my hair was all ove the place (hot train followed by London rain), I was completely daunted by ther level of security and poshness of the venue, one of the interviewers really glared at me the whole time - never smiled once, and they properly grilled me!

I dont think I sold myself well enough at all

      Interview fail!

Edit: PS - great bag though!
I always try to take something away from every interview, even the bad ones - sounds a bit wank, but what could you have done different. In this case sounds to me like maybe plan it a bit better, get there earlier so you've time to fix yourself up and relax (As much as it's possible).

But you never know, sometimes the bad ones you get, and the great ones you don't - things are never are plain as they seem!

            I've learnt this lesson...

I make sure that I have at least 3 hours to spend in Starbucks before the interview time.

I fully agree, the worst interview I ever had involving me stating "i love tinkering on my own at night" (yes I was a new graduate and keen and really wanted to impress and get the job) which was followed by 2 of the 3 interviewers failing miserably at hiding their laughing and tears while the 3rd one continued to drone on and on about his hobbies (why? i have no idea) and I wished the ground would open up and get me out of this nightmare interview while nodding and smiling in what i guessed were the right parts. My brain had totally switched off.

Anyway, the outcome was that I got a call 2 weeks later, could not for the life of me remember which interview they were referring to, and the upshot was that it didn't matter as I was offered a choice of jobs in 2 departments (with one of the interviewers shouting "my dept" in the background). That job was one of the best jobs I had and eventually lead me to contracting.

You never know what might happen, but maybe go on a shopping spree to cheer yourself up just in case.

I actually said in an interview way way back in time...

Interviewer - "What do you like doing out of work"

Me - "I Like to go out, and drink.....alot"

Meaining I like to socialise quite frequently but it came out as it sounded, that I was just a crazed p1$$head. Still I suppose that was quite close to the truth.

                Suprisingly, I didn't get it.

There's interviews where you get the gig and there's interviews where you get free interview practice and there's the interviews where you get to tell the horrific story for the rest of your days.

There are no bad interviews except those where you do no preparation and do not try when you get there.
