As the machine scans this years self-assessment papers 3,000 contractors are tested and the first 30 escape detection, while the 31st fails. Is this perhaps related to ScotsPine's Prime Number Generator computer - has this been leaked to Hector ?

What about false negatives?
And 30 in 3000 is 1%, not 10%.
I think evidence provided by this machine would be thrown out of court as being too bollocks-dependant.My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.Comment
