Trolling again CM?"Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. "
Thomas Jefferson -
The breakfasts in Lloyds are superb (but I recommend going large).
Never tried brekkie in a wetherspoons so they might not be as good.Comment

Did you go here?..Originally posted by Cyberman View PostI want to sing their praises. Their prices are incredibly cheap, and the beers are great. As a member of CAMRA I get 50p discount vouchers and was in the west country camping last week. In Tiverton I managed to get a pint of Ruddles Best, one of my favourite beers, for 49p. In Taunton, Exeter, and Yeovil I paid 79p. Keep it up, Wetherspoons !!!

Good grief, you went to Tiverton for fun?
I did a two month stint there once. Wild horses could not drag me back.Comment

Quite simply JD buy in bulk and close to expiration dates because they know they can shift it.Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Having been back of house in WS pubs I can happily state that I will never eat in one, and only drink bottled stuff.
As BBG said the beer is close to expiry date, the majority of the food is microwave then grill, frozen pre packed portions.
In the 6 I saw 5 had severe beer fly issues due to lack of basic cleanliness.
As ever: pay cheap get cheap

That doesn't sound different to any other chain really. Buying close to expiration date is fine if they sell it quickly enough, and the microwave is hardly unusual.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment
