Whilst not asking the Admins to disclose ALL information, such as IP address, would it be possible to say for example :
IP Address A : Freddy, Mr Bongo, Layla, Duffy
IP Address B : Smartypantman, Umbongodude, Slayerin, Chewtor
IP Address C : Natterjack
IP Address D : Smileygrrl
IP Address E : Wolfenstern, Zezor
etc ?
That way, you don't reveal personal information, but you do disclose which Sockpuppets / Originals derive from the same location ?
People can then decide whether, on balance of probability, if something fishy is going on with some accounts.
Eg, 10 well known accounts all at the same location could imply that they are the sockpuppets of a single poster or 2 posters for example.
