Bugger. What sort of distances were you covering regularly? You'll need to step it up a bit in these few weeks. Clear the weekends.

Up to 70 miles but mostly in the 35-45 mile range on weekends. I recommend the surrey hills area, certainly sorted out my overconfidence issues!

How's your pace/cadence? 70 miles was my top distance so far. I've manged to (relatively comfortably) average 20mph but have often been lazy about it, dropping to a leisurely pace.

Let me know if you want to do a few laps of Richmond Park, if you're in the same area.

Not quite... not until we find a house!! Although Plan B would be a good name for babies... maybe I should call it Plan C - so when it is baby time, I can call that Plan B
