Makes 2 of us. Add the fact that I completely messed up my shoulder cutting down a tree and I have been out of action for nearly a month. 5 weeks to go before my Paris trip and I am tulipting myself that I haven't trained enough.

Bugger. What sort of distances were you covering regularly? You'll need to step it up a bit in these few weeks. Clear the weekends.
