I take it that is the "so how long have you used a keyboard for? 2 years? can I put down 3? the client might want 3, I will put down 3, and you have used a monitor for? 2 years?"
Basically - there are generally 2 attachments - one asking for summary of your skills and a few questions and another that is more admin and personal details. All of which are on the CV?!?!
Seen a few of these over the years, generally just ignore them and if another agency has the contract advertised apply though them instead
But that said, having seen quite a few of the "contractor CVs'" on the market recently, majority being poorly written load of old permie tosh cannot blame them for trying to get "contractors" to "translate" their CV's
