Im considering taking a contract through RealIT but i have heard they take massive cuts i.e 30 to 50% per day. Im desperate to start a contract but what they are offering is below average with no room for negotiation. What do i do?

If they want to act like cowboys why not return the favour?
Apply for the role and if successful then wait for the contract and then ask for a rate increase prior to signing the contract.Comment
