I don't need to. They call get cut 'n' pasted on here.

    Can't be arsed.

    Daytime telly. Nooooo!

If I do that it'll be the pub. If I go to the pub, I won't be back later.

Now that sounds like interesting entertainment.

    I'll swap ya!
You did take my advice didn't you?

Join a gym/squash league/tennis league and get down there at least three times a week. You'll be fit and too tired to get bored. You'll also meet new people and this will keep your spirits up.

Buy the the Daily Mail and do the puzzles page. That keeps me busy and brain active for hours, especially with the cryptic crossword and sudoku.

Dunno why people bother with the library. We have 2 bookshops in town, so I alternate between them. I did get kicked out of a bookshop a couple of years back for reading the same book for too long, so I only read half a chapter at a time nowadays.

Mind you don't end up on "H£ir Hunt£rs" which is one of my favourite telly programmes to break up the morning.

Oh, god. PE. Now I feel even more miserable.

Running round the running track in the rain. Great.

I can't think of anything I'd rather not do.

are you married?cook the wifey something nice

if not, invite some friends around for a curry and beers

if no mates and no partner then you really need to go out more and meet people as this makes CUK (i.e Wilmslow, Sas, AtW) your friends, now come on you can do better than that.. think of a hobby, build a really complicated model plane or do some DIY.

I already can (my mother believed no man should be dependent upon a woman).

I put the swing bench together yesterday. That took 40 minutes.
