Have a guess how many people with an IQ of +150 there are in Britain???

            Go on guess......

            Answer will be posted later....
Faster, faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death.

Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead.

As a guess, the IQ=150 mark is either 1% or 2% of the adult population.

Guessing the population to be about 55 million, and guessing the adult population to be about 3/4ths of that = 41.25 million and so either:

400,000 or 800,000 depending on whether it is 1% or 2%.

                      From Wikipedia:
Mensa's only requirement for membership is that one score at or above the 98th percentile on certain standardized IQ tests, such as the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scales. Because different tests are scaled differently, it is not meaningful to compare raw scores between tests, only percentiles. For example, the minimum accepted score on the Stanford-Binet is 132, while for the Cattell it is 148.
