    BBC Sensationalism

ISTM that the beeb is increasingly using alarming headlines that when you read the article turn out to be bollox.

Todays headline : Job cuts 'hit two in three' in UK
Which when you read the article turns out to mean 2/3 of people know of someone personally who've lost their job.

Not really the same thing is it.

Headline grabbing seems to be getting worse IMO.

BBC Sensationalism....OH MY GOD, HELP, ARGH, *%%$*(((""""""!!!!!!!
Faster, faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death.

Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead.

And they do stupid things like going live to a bloke stood outside the MOD when there's a story about troops etc - utterly wasteful and pointless as there's flip all to see.

I notice government ministers don't bother to turn up any more so the "news" consists of two journos interviewing each other "what's the mood in Westminster tonight Nick?"
