It couldn't happen to a nicer chap...

    How sad.

I suppose he'll be replaced by one of his equally demented sons.

The son who is expected to replace him is a "diabetic heavy drinker who suffers from hypertension"

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God? - Epicurus

      This raises an interesting question.

Let us say, for the sake of argument, that the dear leader falls off his perch suddenly and his son isn't up to the task.

      1. Would the N Koreans rise up against him (unlikely IMHO - they're starving)

      2. Would the N Korean military rise us and turn the country into a militarocracy?

Assuming 1. (or 2., if they open the borders) would there be a major rush into China / S Korea?

Maybe nows the time to ban shipments of anti-cancer drugs to N. Korea.
