How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Those things don't work anyway. I bought a bottle of vodka the other week and went through the self service checkout. It wasn't until I got home that I realised it still had the security tag on it.
