    How about that for a trick?

    Did the play on words of the title and created one on house prices in the same thread.

    How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

            Dunno. It's 15:55 and I'm already pissed.

            Great lunch... one of the guys solved what I needed to do for the afternoon in five minutes. So we had another bottle of wine and I went home. (charge the full day of course).
