You mean the ones that wear Versace t-shirts and walk along the boulevards of Saint Tropez with the Daily Wail under their arms?
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

I can quite imagine that the Wehrmacht would need some handcream and skincare products are traipsing all the way from Deutschland.

Missing the point of that. We tried to save France, failed first time, evacuated, came back later with friends and saved France.

Now we get dunned for the evacuation bit in the middle. We should have stayed out altogether.

And we should be out now, instead of paying French peasants for spreading their tulipe around.

I believe Great Britain is actually a kingdom.

Dunkirk was not an evacuation it was a strategic withdrawl!
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Step back, have a think and adjust my own own attitude from time to time

Yep, I wish the UK was out of Europe too. (It should have started by only France + Germany then gradually and VERY slowly expand rich neighbourgh countries)
And that France was out NATO.
And that we did not spend tulipless amount on the useless Eurofighter.

As for spending vs return from the EU, France too is LARGELY in deficit
