I'd be tempted to dispute that Batesey. A pimp at a larger agency is more likely to be of the shark variety, looking to place someone cheaper to boost their margin. Smaller agencies tend to concentrate more on building up a portfolio of good candidates and placing them. I don't bother responding to any adverts from MSB, Futures or Progressive (to name but a select few) any more.
