Scots and Welsh are both to get free 'NHS' prescriptions and get better access to drugs. This is clearly unfair and it is wrong that we have to accept this inferior treatment when we pay more taxes on average.

It's about time we had a party that can at least fight for equal rights for England. I am not asking for better, just EQUAL !!!
You should go check out that forum CB. You'd fit right in.

I've no issue with Scots not being able to vote on English specific issues, makes no sense to me either. As for taxes, shove them - honestly, most Scots I know get sick of hearing this. But if we're at it - I'm sick of subsidising the rest of England. I live, work and pay tax in the SE, where most of the tax revenue is generated so if we're going down this road let's go right down it.

On the free prescriptions, that's purely a matter of how they allocate the bit of the budget they have control over. They could equally choose to concentrate on other areas.

But sorry to hear your rights are getting trampled. I feel for ya, I really do.

They need it. Pedigree Celts aren't as robust as us cross-bred Anglo-Saxons.

You seem to be confusing cost for quality.

Surely it's easier to offer it for less if less people get ill?

... and there is the little issue that students get free university education if they are Scots, while our kids end up with massive debts purely because they are English. Brown talks about 'fairness', but this is obviously nothing of the sort.

It's not Brown's choice how Scotland chooses to allocate the part of the budget they have control over.

Same way in London the mayor has some say in how things are run, and some degree of control of finances so does Scotland.

Is it fair for the rest of the country to have to subsidise the Olympics in London. Is it fair we have to pay congestion charge in London? etc etc.

Dumb argument, come back with something valid, or stop fVing whining for 5 mins. Actually stop whining full stop, you must drive you friends and family mental with the amount of moaning you do (OK I'm assuming you have (a) mate(s) ).

Of course it is Brown's fault. It was his party that set up the Scottish Parliament through devolution after election in 1997. He did not allow an English Parliament and that is yet another failure of his party.

                Actually I blame Thatcher.

Labour just gave us what we wanted, and had been voted for election after election - the tories were down to no MP's and were still in charge ...

The sooner the Scots get independence the better. We can then allocate precious resources to more deserving individuals.
