I once plucked every hair on my top lip using tweezers just to see what would happen. It was quite painful as you can expect since I shave and had stubble, but after the redness went down I didn't have to shave for a week
I thoroughly dislike shaving and would be happy with no facial hair...Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

Wet shaving cuts the bristles in one way whereas dry shaving in another, mixing the 2 causes those unsightly rashes. How goes it here
I think it is essential that your son goes through the process of learning how to wet shave, it is a right of passage for a bloke.
Dry shaves are for when you wake up with a hangover.Comment

Although you might want to talk to BoardGameGeek about having your tackle threatened......Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

I have a selection of all these razors, 3 blade, 4 blade, 5 blade with the trimmer bit, electric wet, Wilkinson, Gillette and so far the Mach 3 non-electric has been the best. Last time in the UK I bought a King of Shaves as I had heard so much about them, total crap. I try to shave once every couple of days but from Friday to Tuesday just let it go as I'm a lazy sod (unless the hangover is bad and a shave will help the feeling better process.) Normally wash first with a nice cleansing product, then very hot water over the shaving area and I tend to use shaving gels and not foams, preferably with Aloe Vera. After shaving tend to use a moisturiser, Boots natural range tend to be quite good and use one that has no perfume. All in all, takes about 10 minutes.
The one thing I can never get is when watching films, the bloke shaves in the shower. How? You have no mirror and surely the downpour of water would just wash off the foam...“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

If you have a limited amount of water, it's worth the pain, cos you get more to drink
But that wasn't the end...
To hold the stitches and all the bits together they had used industrial strength sticking plaster. Come the day to peel this off I asked if it was possible to have some warm water to ease it off (remember that by then there had been some growth.) No way, this same nurse just made a lunge in the direction and with a big yank pulled everything off. I believe that because I was quite well medicated at the time is the reason that I'm not serving time for going psycho in a hospital ward.“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

After about 15 minutes I think about 1 hair had been successfully disposed of when the sadistic Irish nurse (who was actually very nice) came in and decided to take things in hand. With a flourish of one hand she opened the curtain to let 6 other nurses watch and with a wave of the other hand she scraped, but didn't stroke, and soon I looked like Telly Savalas and Yul Brynner were hanging between my legs. I personally had my head under the pillow.

Wet
Everytime.
No question. As with EO - when, many years ago, I dressed in green for a living I dry shaved and it was tulipe. I might have been keeping my water use to a minimum but irrespective of how much camouflage I used you could see me from miles away because my face was lit up by the amount of pain flushing from the surface.
