Saw it with some Star Trek cynics (I am a vague fan from the 1980s when the 1960s re-runs were on TV) and given the absurd premise of the film its actually rather well crafted. Also marvel at the stunning visuals, the details are actually quite impressive in this CGI laiden movie market.
Recommended on par with Star Trek I & II, superceeds those in some aspects.
But I still prefer Porkys II as my no.1 film ever.Last edited by eliquant; 7 May 2009, 22:42.Comment

Going this weekend....my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

I love the whole cinema experience and for an effects laden film I really think it needs to be seen on the big screen.I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this
